• Phone number, used to log you in and verify OTPs
• Delivery address and location, used to find vendors near you
• Booking and rental history
• Photos and videos exchanged during the delivery/return handshake
• Payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner — KlanKare does not store your card, UPI, or bank details

We use this information to match you with nearby verified vendors, process bookings and payments, verify deliveries and returns via OTP, send you booking updates (including via WhatsApp), and improve the service.

We share the minimum information needed to fulfil your booking with the vendor handling it (name, phone, delivery address). We share payment information with our payment gateway partner and notification content with our WhatsApp/messaging provider. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing eshwar.chagapuram@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

KlanKare is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our operations and vendor integrations evolve. We'll update the “last updated” date above when we do.
